Why does the 1st page costs so much more? The majority of development time is spent designing the home-page because it involves developing a unique concept based on our discussions, designing the layout with a color scheme that will provide a consistent look throughout the site, creating the navigation system, providing you with a mock-up for your review and making any necessary revisions before your approval.
Some maintenance firms charge a high manditory monthly maintenance fee but we feel that this isn't right for everyone. For those who prefer an as needed plan you are not obligated to sign a monthly maintenance agreement. If you need a modification on your website, all you have to do is call or send an email. We'll make the change for you and then you'll receive a bill for the work we did based on our competitively priced and affordable $39 hourly rate (1 hour minimum).
This method of maintenance works well for many websites since they don't require many changes. For those who would prefer, we offer a monthly plan, you pay a low monthly fee of $59 and receive 2 hours of maintenance a month with a reduced hourly rate of $29 for any additional hours (1/2 hour minimum).
